The method of payment when ordering from this site is currently Paypal only. For other payment types, such as money orders or cashiers checks, please contact Eric Louchard directly at elouchard@yahoo.com. Payment in full is required before shipping will commence. Prices for  figures are subject to change at any time but orders placed before the change will retain the original price structure. 

Orders including pre-order miniatures will be shipped all together when the pre-orders are available.

 
Shipping
We use the US postal service for shipping and include delivery confirmation for US orders. International orders are tracked through air-mail. Insurance can be purchased at an additional charge, and is included for free for US shipments over $50. The price is the same for both international and domestic delivery and is shown below  in US dollars. Insured international rates are higher so contact us for an exact quote..

Returns.
The buyer will receive a full refund for defective products if the item is returned within two weeks of original delivery. Please include a description of the problem in an email before returning the item.
